Sehar Ryan is the Chief Operating Officer of Flyland Recovery Network, bringing over 10 years of leadership experience in the mental health and substance use disorder fields. She has a deep-seated passion for improving access to quality care through the facilities and improving staff operations at the corporate level. Sehar also plays a pivotal role in improving company culture and function at a national level while leveraging her experience to bolster Flyland’s growth while maintaining a patient-centered focus.
In her current role with Flyland and as one of the foundational team members since its inception, she has overseen critical areas, such as quality assurance, compliance management, and ensuring the implementation of improved policies and procedures throughout the organization. Sehar has spearheaded innovations to improve patient care and executed technical advances through safety rounding and Flyland’s infotainment tablet system. Her advice to anyone entering treatment is to “be kind and gentle with yourself.”
